I'm George "Corky" Devendorf. I've spent years running businesses offline and marketing them online, and these days I build AI systems for small businesses.

My approach is simple: I handle the tech, you run your business. You don't have to learn prompts, platforms or any of the jargon. I set things up, watch how they're working, and adjust them every month.

I work out of Lakeland, Florida, and I talk like a neighbor, not a salesman. If AI won't help your business, I'll say so.

I don't just talk about Google Maps

I've been posting photos and reviews of local businesses on Google Maps for years. Collectively, my photos have been viewed more than 100,000 times. That's how I learned what gets a business seen there, and what leaves it invisible.
